I have never had nor made Shepherd’s Pie before. The man has had it several times in London. He has been asking for me to make it for at least a year. A friend suggested this recipe and added that it is a family favorite. I tried it and he loved it. Yay!

When I make it again, I will make those potatoes (the crust) as a side (they rocked!) and use an actual pie crust as the top.
