Here’s a great snack that is low in calories and Weight Watchers points.

What you need:
1 can of pumpkin
1 container of fat free/sugar free Cool Whip
1 package of sugar free vanilla instant pudding
1 tbs pumpkin pie seasoning
Mix together and serve (stays in the fridge)
This recipe is only 1 point per cup!
