The meals for this week are going to be GOOD! I am using a PW recipe and a recipe from Kristy over at MommyHatesCooking. Check her out! Also, I get to use the Parsley and Thyme that I am growing for a few of these recipes! I am excited about using my herbs and I simply can not wait to start picking produce from our garden.
1.) Burgers and Sweet potato fries
2.) Pulled Pork, home made Mac and Cheese and marinated tomatoes (I get to use my herbs in this recipe)
3.) Pasta Primavera (Pioneer Woman!) using some of those yummy squash and zucchini I froze over the weekend!
4.) Tator Tot casserole (MommyHatesCooking Recipe) Freezer dish! Make one and freeze the other!
5.) Pita Sandwiches served with home made humus
