Menu Plan Monday

Howdy folks. It’s Monday again. 6 weeks until Thanksgiving. 10 weeks until Christmas and I do believe we are in our 10th week of Homeschooling. More about that this week.

My friend Melissa Rock, from Twitter, and I started a Facebook Group Called Slow Cooking Freezer Meals that is dedicated to putting together meals for your slow cooker and having them on hand. It’s menu planning to the next level. Now is the time to start planning ahead for your busy holiday season to ensure that those days that you don’t feel like cooking, you have something you can just throw in your slow cooker. If you would like to join us, stop by and request to be added. We will have another Freezer session October 29th! Now, on to the menu plan for the next two weeks.

  1. When you put it that way, it feels like the holidays are almost here! 🙂 And boy, you sound prepared. I look forward to reading your recipes — especially the ones with ham, as we always have leftovers that need recipes to be enjoyed again.
